FAQs

We have no artificial lighting at any of our paddocks due to our planning constraint.
This varies at each of our paddocks, you are allowed to bring up to 3 dogs in our Westbourne, East Meon, Bullington and Fareham paddocks, up to 4 dogs in our Horsham paddock and up to 6 dogs in our Donnington paddock – thanks for your cooperation.
All Paw Paddocks are completely exclusive, so when you book, it will only be you using the paddock unless you have invited friends or family members to come along with you.

Responsibility is with our customers to pick up their dog’s poo during their session in the paddock, we have provided poo bags and bins to easily dispose. If any customers do not pick up and dispose poo, we have the right to stop you using all paddocks. We empty the bins once a week.
We have at least one water source at each of our paddocks (some have multiple), so your dog can enjoy a drink at the end of their walk or give them a rinse before getting in the car.
We do not offer refunds or rescheduling due to the weather conditions, in every one of our secure paddocks we have a field shelter, if you want some cover from rain or the sun then feel free to utilise this feature.
You can book up to 6 months in advance.
Turn up on time (not too early) and you will see the person in the paddock before you, they will leave and you will drive into the paddock – you do not require a code to gain access, you will shut the gates behind you and make sure the occupied sign is positioned to the outside of the paddock. For extra security, once the gates are shut you can reverse your car back so that no one else can open the gates while you are in there.
On the homepage of our website is a paddock locator section, this shows the addresses for each paddock and where they are on the map. When visiting our paddocks, the best thing to do is use Google or Apple Maps and type in Paw Paddock - *Enter Location* and this will bring you exactly to the entrance.
You pay for exclusive hire of the field for either 25 or 55 minutes *prices differ for each paddock*, it is not priced per dog, please refer to each paddock for the number of dogs allowed at any one time.
We visit each paddock at least once a week to make sure everything is in order and well maintained. We understand poo is sometimes left in the paddock – we reiterate that this is your responsibility to tidy up after your dog. We do try our best to clear up where we can but due to the high volume of dogs it’s hard for us to maintain and take any responsibility daily.
Our team are in the office Monday-Friday 9am-5pm to answer any queries, please leave us a voicemail or email if we can’t answer your call straight away. If it is out of office times, please drop us an email at bookings@pawpaddock.co.uk and we will try to respond to you as soon as possible.
Our paddocks are completely secure, you drive through the secure gates into the paddock, these gates can be locked behind you, we have 6ft high fencing around the 3-4 acre field and we use 2 layers of weld-mesh buried beneath the ground to stop smaller dogs escaping. If you have any questions or queries regarding the security, please contact us vis email at bookings@pawpaddock.co.uk or call us on 01243 963952.
