From today, 1st July 2026, third-party liability insurance is no longer a legal requirement for banned breed dogs. There is nothing you need to do as a result of this change.
Please note that this does not affect your personal liability as the owner. If you do hold insurance, we'd still ask that you provide a copy along with your Certificate of Exemption and booking reference to bookings@pawpaddock.co.uk prior to your session, if you have not done so already.
If you are uninsured, by booking with us you acknowledge Paw Paddock's strong recommendation to obtain cover, and accept that any liability for injury, loss, or damage caused by your dog rests solely with you. Paw Paddock Ltd accepts no responsibility for incidents caused by your dog.
