Introducing Paw Paddock Myth busting, there series in which we debunk some of our latest reviews and feedback. Over the past month, we have discussed multiple topics over on our Facebook and Instagram platforms, starting wet and muddy paddocks, banned breeds and empty sessions.
During the Autumn / Winter Months, our paddocks do get wet and muddy. This is due to the fact that our paddocks are large, outdoor areas that are not sheltered from the classic British weather we all know and sometimes love.
Whilst we are always carrying out works with external contractors to improve the drainage at all paddocks and monitor the pathways, we cannot guarantee that your pooch will not be muddy after their walk, so we do advise that you leave additional time to rinse your pooch off after your walk with the water source within the paddocks, and bring a towel to dry them off afterwards.

Throughout January, we carried out internal research to determine how many of our monthly bookings are created by professional dog walkers, and can reveal that throughout January only 2% of all 11,236 bookings were created by professional dog walkers.
We have a customer base of over 34,000 people which grows daily, and because of this each of our paddocks run at a 95-100% occupancy rate each month. Whilst we understand this can be frustrating, we would like to remind all customers that we do have a wishlist feature in place which allows you to be notified of any last minute availabilities or cancellations at our paddocks, and our team are working hard daily to open new paddocks to allow you to book exclusive, enclosed and secure walks for you and your furry friends!

There are many reasons the paddocks may appear to be empty, such as...
🐾 You are driving past during the 5 minute buffer period
🐾 Customers may be leaving early or arriving late
🐾 Our opening hours, which change throughout the year
🐾 Customers unable to attend sessions last minute
🐾 Customers may have walked to the paddock
🐾 Customers may be in the field shelter
Don't forget if you are unable to attend your session you are able to cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours prior to your session starting, anything after this will need to be released in order for another customer to take the booking!😊

At Paw Paddock, we believe that every dog deserves the freedom to run and play off-lead in a safe and secure environment. Which is why since the news regarding the XL Bully restrictions came to light, our team has doubled down on our mission to ensure that all dogs, regardless of breed, have the opportunity to enjoy our fully enclosed, exclusive and secure paddocks. We are committed to providing a space where dogs can be free to roam off-lead and un-muzzled, ensuring a fun and safe experience for every dog that walks through our gates.
If you have a banned breed and are looking to book a session at one of our paddocks, follow the link in our bio and head to sub-section 7.2 - Etiquette before you arrive at Paw Paddock!🐾

We will continue to discuss these topics over the next few months, so make sure you are following our social media platforms so you don't miss out!
The power of booking is in the palm of your hand!
We are delighted to bring you the quickest and most convenient way to book and manage your sessions via our Apple & Android App. It doesn‘t stop there though, we have many other features that you won‘t want to miss out on...
