How does Paw Paddock work?

Finding the right location

Firstly, each of our paddocks vary between 2 to 4 acres, all secured with 6ft high stock fencing and have a completely secure parking area which you drive into.

All of our paddocks have different facilities and dog allowances, you can find out about each of our paddocks and what they offer by selecting the ‘Our Paddocks’ button in the menu bar. From there, you can enter your postcode which will then bring up the closest paddocks to you. Once you have decided on which paddock to visit, select the paddock of your choice to find out the size of the paddock, dog allowances, opening hours and facilities.

Booking a session with us

Once you are happy with your paddock choice, select the Book Now button. From here, a new page will open, showing all of our live availability (we do get pretty booked up so don’t be alarmed if it’s a little way in the future). Once you have found the date you want, you have the choice of booking either a 25-minute or 55-minute session, we always recommend booking a 25-minute session if it is your first booking just to ensure your pooch enjoys the paddock! If you are happy with the date, time and session you have selected, head to the checkout page. If this is your first time booking, you will need to create an account, or you can log in with an existing account. Once you have done this you will then pay for your session, and receive an email confirmation (please be aware if you haven’t booked with us before this may go into your junk inbox).

Things you need to know before visiting

The evening before your session is due to begin, you will receive either a reminder text, email or push notification which will remind you of your time and location at which you’re booked to visit us.

When visiting one of our paddocks for the first time, we would suggest using Google or Apple Maps to direct you, just type in the paddock name e.g. Paw Paddock – Donnington and the location will take you directly to the entrance of the paddock. Because our paddocks aren’t on main roads, sometimes putting the postcode in a satnav can bring you to the incorrect location. Please arrive just a couple of minutes before your session and stay inside your car while you wait for the previous customer to leave (leaving your car with or without your dog can cause distress to other customers and their dogs).

None of our paddocks require a code, wait for the previous customer to leave, or enter when the sign says vacant. Just to make you aware there is a sliding lock at the top of the gates that sometimes require you to slide open if the previous customer has locked them on their way out. There is a hole to slip your hand through to lift the bottom two latches, hook these on their holders and now you will be able to open the gates to drive in. Drive in to the secure parking area and shut the gates behind you, for extra security watch this handy video. Don't forget to turn the sign so that it says ‘occupied’ to the next person that arrives after you.

Etiquette when using our paddocks

Firstly, we ask that everyone respects the time they have in the paddock and doesn’t over run on their session – if this does happen for any reason then please get in touch with us so we can make sure this doesn’t affect the other party.

Please ensure you are cleaning up after your pooch using poo bags and bins provided in the secure parking area. We want our paddocks to be a nice environment for you all to enjoy so please respect the space.

We ask that you discourage your dog from digging, do not drop litter, or leave treats and toys within the paddock, ensuring the space is left clear for the next customer when you leave.  Holes and anything left in the paddock can make our fields unsecure and dangerous to others.

We do everything we can to ensure our paddocks are always as safe and clean as possible, but we need your help to keep it an enjoyable environment for all dogs and dog owners!🐾
